My favorite thing to do in the morning as I'm getting ready for the day is to blast music into my ears. If you have to get up early you might as well start the day right, it doesn't matter if it's Taylor Swift or All Time Low it always gets me ready to face the day. I believe that you should do something that makes you happy as often as possible, its the best medicine in life. You have all day to worry about what you'll have to go through, so take the first 5-60 minutes of your day and do something that will be rewarding to you. Whether its working out to get that killer body, or reading a book it doesn't matter as long as you're doing it for yourself to make you happy. If you do something for yourself, it will show, maybe not the first day, but over time you'll notice a difference, whether its a new spring in your step or a more radiant face when you smile. I know this is massively cheesy, but it's totally true.(:
